Every detail of 1812 Indefatigable Whisky has been expertly planned and crafted by the best artisans in the business. From the individually designed bottle made from finest handmade crystal, the bespoke distressed oak chest, to the solid Irish silver bottle stopper and label designed around commissioned artwork.
The label for 1812 Indefatigable Whisky has been designed around a painting commissioned from renowned Irish artist Brian Maguire. A fiercely expressive painter, Brian’s work essentially emerges from social and political situations and approaches painting as a gesture of solidarity. Each label is individually signed by the artist.
The expert glass makers at Langham Glass were selected to produce a bottle that would equal the magnificent Whisky it would contain. The result is a beautifully hand-crafted bottle, made from the finest Barium Crystal, made by using traditional methods for a perfect outcome.
The bottle stopper is designed by long established silversmith David Bradley who has used solid Irish silver to hand craft its production. The silver stopper is then engraved with the 1812 Indefatigable logo and individually numbered.
The 1812 Indefatigable Whisky bottle sits in a beautiful bespoke, distressed oak presentation case, invoking the heritage to ships chests of that period, and that of the French oak casks that the whisky is matured in.
